The Burnie Regional Art Gallery’s flagship exhibition and competition, the Burnie Print Prize celebrates the highest standards of printmaking in Australia and Oceania.

As one of Australia’s richest and most prestigious printmaking awards, the competition underscores the importance of this arduous and exacting medium.

 Judges. *Dianne Fogwell, Artist, printmaker, curator, lecturer, co-founder Studio One Print Shop and founder/Director of the Criterion Press. *Dr Roderick Ewins, Artist, printmaker, Adjunct Researcher UTAS, former head of the Tasmanian School of Arts. *Tracey Cockburn, Artist, printmaker, Arts & Cultural Development Coordinator - Clarence City Council. 

The major prize award will be announced at the opening on Friday 26 March.
