The Overwintering Project - Mapping Sanctuary
Next date: Tuesday, 26 January 2021 | 09:00 AM
to Saturday, 06 February 2021 | 04:00 PM
The Overwintering Project: Mapping Sanctuary seeks to raise awareness of migratory shorebirds and their habitat by inviting artists to help make them visible.
Artists from Australia and New Zealand have contributed to a portfolio of mostly prints created in response to local habitats.
Since it started in 2018 and through the generosity of artists, the project has grown to nearly 300 works including Tasmanian artists Kit Hiller, Raymond Arnold and Melissa Smith.
