Council operates the North West Inclusion Support Agency (formerly known as SUPS).  This service works with families to access care for children with additional needs.

Children may have additional needs when:

• They have a disability
• They are from a non-English speaking family
• They are from Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Families
• They are from Australian South Sea Islander Families
