Council Meetings
Council meetings occur generally every third Tuesday in the Council Chambers, 2nd Level, City Offices, 80 Wilson Street and residents and visitors are welcome to attend.

Information
Meetings commence at 7.00pm and conclude at approximately 9.00 pm. A copy of the Council Agenda is available for viewing four days prior to the meeting and is available from Customer Service or for download.
Meetings dates are also advertised in The Advocate newspaper.
Public Question Time
In accordance with Clause 31 of the Local Government (Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2005 Council conduct a Public Question Time.
Council has adopted a procedure whereby any person wishing to ask a question must write it out on the Public Question Time form which is also available in the foyer of the Chambers and at the City Offices Customer Service Counter. This form must be given to the General Manager prior to the commencment of the meeting or seven days (7) prior to the meeting.
