Burnie Wynyard Liquor Accord
The Burnie Licensing Accord is an initiative of liquor licensees in the Burnie local government area, the Burnie City Council, Tasmania Police, Australian Hotels Association, the Liquor and Gaming Branch and the Burnie business community.
Community Funding
Each year Council provides financial assistance to clubs and organisations, Round One for 2012 will be open on Wednesday 7th March and will close on Wednesday 18th April 2012.
Emergency Management Plan
The Burnie Municipal Committee oversees a range of prevention and mitigation activities in collaboration with its municipal, regional and State emergency management partners.
