SHOW TIMES: 12noon until approximately 6pm. Gates open at 10am.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

WHAT TO BRING: Your dancing shoes... and a deck chair (if on the lawn), comfy shoes, jacket, hat and sunscreen. Seating provided for premium ticket holders.

PERMITTED: Sealed bottled water. Nibblie food and point & shoot cameras only.

NOT PERMITTED: STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL OR DRINKS.  This is a licenced event. NO ESKIES OR RUGS due to limited space on lawn.  No umbrellas (even if it’s raining), tables, glass, metal cutlery, tents or sun shelters.

FOOD: There will be a selection of food for sale on the day. Patrons are permitted to bring their own nibblie food or NEW THIS YEAR - pre-order your own Ghost Rock Picnic Hamper HERE. Collect on the day.

PARKING: Car park opens at 10am. Carparks will be on both sides of the main road, follow signage.

TRANSPORT & SHUTTLE: Contact Merseylink for shuttle bus information and timetables.  Buses will run from/to Devonport, Ulverstone, Burnie and Port Sorell.  Ph: 03 6427 7676 or

CHILDREN: Children under 12 years of age are admitted free of charge in the general admission area and MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at ALL TIMES.

CANCELLATION: Rain, hail or shine the show will go on!! UNLESS conditions are deemed to be dangerous.  If the event is cancelled for this reason, patrons will receive a full refund from point of purchase. The decision to cancel the event will be made on concert day. In the event of inclement weather, patrons should check HERE for an update.
