2017 Cherry Blossom Celebration

Saturday, 21 October 2017

Come along to the Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden for Japanese inspired display. There will be a variety of food and beverages available.

We are a non-profit community organisation developing, maintaining and operating a multiple award-winning Rhododendron garden.

The Garden is widely known internationally and it’s unique design makes it one of Australia’s major Rhododendron Gardens.

See over 22,000 Rhododendrons and other select plants set among 11ha within a series of “countries” from which the wild Rhododendrons originate.

Emu Valley Rhododendron Garden offers walking tracks, lakes, bridges and many other unique design features, as well as resident platypus, echidna and diverse bird life.

The Garden is classified as a plant museum. As such it is a repository for many species of the Genus Rhododendron that are, or may become, endangered mostly due to human activity.
