Halloween Party

The youth of Burnie are encouraged to be part of the Burnie Shines experience, with a youth friendly Halloween Party being held on Friday 23 October 2015.

Youth Making Changes Around Burnie (YMCAB) will be hosting a fantastic Halloween Party specifically for children aged between 8 and 14 at the Burnie PCYC, Terrylands, Burnie from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Burnie City Council’s Youth Development Officer Katie Smith said, “Kids are encouraged to pop on their best Halloween fancy dress costume and come along and enjoy the fun.”

“Entry is only $3.00 and there will be plenty of entertainment including DJ Kayden. There will also be some fantastic ghoulish prizes and giveaways up for grabs. Drinks and food will be available to purchase if you wish.”

“The Halloween Party is always heaps of fun and it is the perfect opportunity for our young people to have a great time in a safe environment.”

Staff and police will be on the premises at all times and bag searches will be conducted. Parents/guardians must collect children from the venue at 8:30pm sharp.

This is a smoke, alcohol and drug free event. Strictly no pass outs.
