We are looking for a new Manager People and Safety that will bring sound knowledge, experience and leadership qualities to the role, and lead a small team who strive to be approachable, helpful and responsive to workforce needs across the organisation. 

This position is integral to shaping workplace culture and driving organisational development.  The position works closely with managers and employees at all levels.

The position will work collaboratively with the General Manager and Executive Management Team to drive and implement organisational development strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and relevant experience in an industrial relations environment is essential.

Strong technical knowledge of current legislation and regulatory environments in the field of human resources, policy development, industrial relations, workplace safety and organisational risk is also necessary.
